(Omaha, NR) Pierce's Marketplace IGA was honored with an award on Friday, September 12, 2008 in Omaha, Nebraska at the Qwest Center in conjunction with the 77th Annual Affiliated Foods Midwest Fall Food Show. A series of awards was given to Affiliated Foods Midwest retails in the Pinnacle Achievement Award Category, which honors growth and increase in purchases over the prior year, and the Visionary Award Category, which honors retailers who have made a significant new investment in the business in the areas of Ground Up New Stores, New Store Locations and Major Remodels. Pierce's Marketplace IGA was proudly recognized among a crowd of fellow retailers, vendors, and Affiliated Foods Midwest management and staff.
